Windows & Doors

Quieter, more efficient, and trimmed out right.

Window and exterior door replacement done as carpentry — proper flashing, modern moisture barriers, real interior trim, and a clean caulk line that holds.

Why Hire a Contractor

Most window failures aren't the window. They're the install.

The mass-market replacement-window industry sells doors-and-windows as a commodity. The product is usually fine. What fails — the air leaks, the rot, the weird trim gaps, the failed caulk — is almost always how it was put in.

We treat windows and exterior doors as carpentry. Proper flashing, modern moisture barriers, the right shims, real trim returned to the wall the way it should be. That's the difference between a window that lasts 25 years and one that's leaking around the brickmould in five.

FAQ

Window & door questions, answered.

How much does window replacement cost in Nashville?

Most full-home window replacements run $12,000 to $40,000 depending on opening count, frame material, and whether the openings need framing repair. Per-window install runs $700 to $1,800 typical.

What window brands do you install?

Pella, Andersen, Marvin, Jeld-Wen and Kolbe. We recommend a brand based on your home's style and budget — not based on whatever has the best margin for us.

Do new windows really save on energy bills?

Yes — but the savings depend on what you're replacing. Single-pane to modern double-pane low-e: meaningful savings. Already-decent double-pane to triple-pane: small savings. Honest answer: comfort and noise reduction matter more day-to-day than the bill.

Insert vs full-frame replacement?

Insert is faster and cheaper, but loses a little glass area and only works if the existing frame is sound. Full-frame is more involved but lets us re-flash the opening and address any rot. We'll recommend based on what your openings need.

How long does it take?

Most full-home window jobs run 2–5 days on site once the windows are delivered. Lead times for windows themselves run 4–12 weeks depending on brand and product line.
