What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of remodeling services for Nashville-area homes — kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, whole-home renovations, outdoor living and porches, exterior work, windows and doors, and flooring. If it's a residential remodel, we can usually help.
How do you determine pricing?
Pricing is based on the scope of the project, the materials selected, and the labor involved. After a consultation we provide a written estimate with line-item detail — no vague allowances and no surprise add-ons mid-project.
What is the typical project timeline?
Timelines vary by complexity. A bathroom refresh can be 2–4 weeks; a full kitchen remodel typically runs 6–10 weeks; a whole-home remodel usually runs 4–9 months. We give you a realistic schedule before we sign anything.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and the trade licenses required for residential remodeling work in Tennessee. We're happy to share certificates on request.
Do you handle design, or do I need to hire a designer?
We can do both. Our lead designer Riley Deane handles space planning, finish selections and material specs in-house. If you already have an architect or designer, we'll work directly with them.
