Sylvan Park · Flagship
4506 Nevada Ave, Nashville
A historic Sylvan Park cottage — long on character, short on modern function — reimagined into the flagship project of our portfolio.
BeforeAfter
The kitchen became the home's signature: custom cabinetry in deep iridescent blue with unlacquered brass hardware, a professional range, waterfall-edge stone countertops, and a butler's pantry. The primary bath matched that ambition — arched shower niches echoing the home's architecture, freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities. Original hardwood floors and millwork preserved wherever possible.
Sylvan Park
4016 Murphy Road, Nashville
A 1930s brick Tudor in one of Nashville's most sought-after in-fill neighborhoods, with original arched doorways and a stone fireplace that demanded a renovation as considered as the house itself.
BeforeAfter
Original hardwoods refinished to a warm matte finish; the stone fireplace restored, not painted over. The kitchen was the project's major investment: custom marble-white cabinetry, large island with seating, stone countertops, and a professional appliance package designed for the age and character of the house. Tudor character preserved and enhanced — not painted over.
East Nashville
208 Fall Street, Nashville
East Nashville buyers look for character, authenticity, and a sense of place. This classic craftsman cottage with a covered front porch and original architectural details was exactly the kind of property the neighborhood rewards.
BeforeAfter
The craftsman exterior was carefully restored rather than transformed — covered porch refinished with updated decking, fresh paint, period-appropriate lighting. Original hardwood floors refinished throughout. The kitchen updated with cabinetry and counters that nod to the home's craftsman roots while meeting modern expectations. A rear deck expansion created the outdoor entertaining space East Nashville buyers consistently prioritize.
Franklin
206 Davidson Drive, Franklin
A classic brick ranch in a well-established Franklin neighborhood with the location and the lot. What it needed was a renovation that honored the home's character while bringing it confidently into the present.
BeforeAfter
The exterior was reimagined with a full paint treatment — brick painted clean white, new black shutters, updated exterior lighting. The kitchen was fully updated with white cabinetry, new countertops, and modern appliances. New flooring ran through to eliminate dated transitions between rooms. Bathrooms refreshed with updated vanities, fixtures, and lighting. The goal: a refinement, not a reinvention.
Franklin
128 Cottonwood Circle, Franklin
Franklin is one of the most competitive markets in the Nashville metro — discerning buyers, high expectations, little tolerance for anything that feels rushed or generic.
BeforeAfter
The kitchen was the centerpiece: custom cabinetry with elegant hardware, waterfall-edge counters, and a statement backsplash that elevated the space from functional to genuinely impressive. The primary bath received a full transformation — walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling marble tile, freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities with designer fixtures and gold hardware. New hardwood flooring replaced dated carpet throughout. Fireplace surround updated, landscaping overhauled.
Murfreesboro
406 S University Street, Murfreesboro
A straightforward house with good bones in a neighborhood on the rise. The kind of project where discipline of execution makes the difference. Modernize without over-improving.
BeforeAfter
The interior had aged well structurally but reveals dated finishes throughout. Outdated fixtures, tired flooring, and builder-grade finishes were holding the value back. Clean lines, neutral palette, quality materials that photograph well and hold up to buyer scrutiny. The kitchen received white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Bathrooms refreshed with updated vanities, modern mirrors, and re-grouted tile. New LVP flooring through the main living areas.
Murfreesboro
515 Mason Court, Murfreesboro
A distressed property acquired well below market. Required both vision and nerve. Structure was sound; nearly everything else needed to go.
BeforeAfter
A dramatic exterior transformation: full repaint in white with black trim, new landscaping, updated gutters and exterior lighting that turned a neglected property into a neighborhood standout. Inside, the home was rebuilt to a modern standard. New flooring throughout. A reimagined kitchen with white cabinetry, open shelving, and stainless appliances. Both bathrooms updated with contemporary vanities and clean tile work. New lighting throughout transformed how every room felt.
